Tom with Roger Miret.

As Hardcore bands go, it doesn't get any more brutal than Agnostic Front. Twenty year veterans of the New York Hardcore scene, this band is without a doubt one of the most respected and well known bands of the genre.
They are also one of the meanest sounding bands in Punk. They have outlasted many of the bands that started around the same time dispite the fact that there have been prison sentences for some members, deaths, (both of natural causes and some not), and personal problems that would have destroyed bands of less staying power.
True to their music and their fans, Agnostic Front is one band that has not and WILL NOT sell out just to make a buck. They will not tone down and like it or not, they call everything as they see it.
The band drew a large crowd for the show at the Bridge Street Music Hall and that crowd did not walk away disappointed. The six date tour was put together by a member of Hatebreed. Roger Miret and bandmates Vinny Stigma (Guitar), Jim Colletti (Drums), and Mike Gallo (Bass) slammed through their set which included many classic AF songs and material from their latest album: Dead Yuppies which was released in 2001 on Epitaph Records.

I sat down before the show and did and talked with Roger Miret. We spoke of touring, the HardCore scene and the incidents of September 11th, 2001. It was a great interview and Roger was really cool.
