Hank the Angry Drunken Dwarf from the Howard Stern Show appeared in Syracuse on Feb. 27, 2001 at Mr. Mardi Gras with High Pitched Eric. They were charging FIVE dollars per photo or TEN for one with the both of them! I only had five bucks, so I picked Hank. It was ANOTHER FIVE bucks for an autograph! They were still cool. I gave them each a Tom Around the World hat. Since this photo, Hank has passed away. May he Rest in Peace.
